Soft Chocolate Cookies
INGRIDIENTS
1000 gIntermix Soft Chocolate Cookies
120 gSoft margarine
100 gWater
150 gWhite chocolate drops (optional)

APPLICATION

Beat the margarine in the mixer with the feather until it becomes creamy. Add the mixture and beat for 1 minute on low and 3-4 minutes on high speed. Add water and beat until the ingredients becomes a dough. We can add drops of white chocolate, nuts or dried fruits.

APPLICATION

Method A Shape wicks about 6 cm in diameter. Cool the dough in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Cut to the desired weight and thickness. Place on non-stick paper and bake for about 10-12 minutes at 200C, depending on the type of oven.

Tip: If further baking is needed, it is best to raise the temperature.
