Beat in the mixer with the feather all the ingredients except the phyllo sheet together for four (4) minutes at slow (first) speed. Add the phyllo sheets and mix. Butter a baking tray 42×28 and spread the mixture. Spread evenly and bake 160oC for 32-35 minutes in a hot air oven. Cut and pour syrup slowly with 30 degree syrup (hot product – lukewarm syrup). Let the whole syrup soak for a few hours.
