1000 g	Eggs
600 g	Water

APPLICATION

Beat all the ingredients of the recipe in the mixer with the whisk for 1 minute on slow speed and for 10 minutes on fast. Spread on a plate with baking paper and bake 220- 230C in a preheated oven for 6-9 minutes.
