Mix all the ingredients, except the cereal mixture, with the feather for 1 minute on slow and 3-4 minutes on fast speed until you get a dough. Add the cereal and stir with the feather for a while. Spread on buttered sheet trayl (or with non-stick paper) 42×28 and thickness 0.5-1 cm. Bake in
160C for 20-25 minutes. Cut after it has cooled well.
