INGRIDIENTS
1000 gIntermix Cold Pastry Cream
2500 gCold water

APPLICATION

Put the water in the bucket of the mixer and add the mixture. Beat with the wire on high speed for 4-5 minutes. The cream is ready to use after resting for 20 minutes.
Tips:
• We can add whipped whipped cream, meringue etc. at will. ensuring good mixing with a spatula.
• The cream can be frozen and baked.
• We can add vegetable cream and beat it together with the mixture and water.
