1000 gIntermix Chocolate Pie
550 gWater
INGRIDIENTS - SYRUP
500 gSugar
350 gWater
150 gGlucose
Juice of 2 lemons or 5 g sour

APPLICATION

Beat all the ingredients together in the mixer with the feather for one (1) minute on the slow (first) speed. Stop stirring and scrape the walls. Continue for another five to six (5-6) minutes at medium (second) speed. Fill to a tray of your choice and bake at 160-170oC for 25-40 minutes depending on the type of oven. Cut and pour the syrup with. Cover with chocolate icing.
