Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (alternatively in a microwave oven). Add the sunflower oil and stir. Add the water and stir. Add the Intermix Souffle and beat in the mixer with the feather for 1 minute on low speed and 4 minutes on medium speed. APPLICATION
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (alternatively in a microwave oven) and add all the ingredients together to the mixer except the nuts. Beat with a whisk on medium speed for 4 minutes. At the end add the nuts and mix with a spatula. Spread on a 42×28 plate and bake at 180oC for 15-20 minutes.
