INGRIDIENTS - CHOCOLATE SOUFFLE
1000 gIntermix Soufflé
360 gSunflower oil
500 gWater
430 gChocolate (> 54% Cocoa)

APPLICATION

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (alternatively in a microwave oven). Add the sunflower oil and stir. Add the water and stir. Add the Intermix Souffle and beat in the mixer with the feather for 1 minute on low speed and 4 minutes on medium speed. Serve in molds of 70 g and bake in the oven for 6.5-9 minutes (depending on how wet we want it) in

1000 gIntermix Soufflé
40 gCocoa
150 gSunflower oil
200 gChocolate (> 54% Cocoa)
180 g82% melted butter
200 gNuts

APPLICATION

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (alternatively in a microwave oven) and add all the ingredients together to the mixer except the nuts. Beat with a whisk on medium speed for 4 minutes. At the end add the nuts and mix with a spatula. Spread on a 42×28 plate and bake at 180oC for 15-20 minutes.
