Beat in the mixer with the feather all the ingredients together except the raisins for four minutes on the slow speed. Add the raisins and mix with a fork. Butter a 42×28 pan and spread the mixture. Spread evenly and bake at 180C for 35-40 minutes in a hot oven, depending on the oven. If you want, carve and put syrup with 30 degree syrup (hot product – lukewarm syrup). Let the whole syrup soak for a few hours.
