APPLICATION

Beat in the mixer with the feather all the ingredients together for one minute at slow speed. Stop stirring and scrape the walls. We continue for another six minutes in the middle speed. For molds of 450 g bake in the oven at 160-170C for 30-35 minutes depending on the type of oven. For a better appearance, lightly engrave along the surface before baking with an oiled knife.
Tip: For a larger volume add to 1 kg of mixture 450 g of water and 275 g of sunflower oil.
