1000 gIntermix Cake Chocolate AVENA
400-450 gWater
350 gOil

APPLICATION

Beat all the ingredients together in the mixer with the feather for one minute on the slow speed. Stop stirring and scrape the walls. Continue for another six minutes at medium speed. For molds of 450 g, bake in the oven at 160-170C for 30-35 minutes depending on the type of oven. For a better look, lightly carve along the surface before baking with an oiled knife.
