Soft Oat Cookies
INGRIDIENTS
1000 gIntermix oat cookiesς
120 gSoft margarine
80 gWater
150 gChocolate drops (optional)

APPLICATION

Whisk the margarine in the mixer until it becomes creamy. Add the mixture and beat for 1 minute on low and 3-4 minutes on high speed. Add the water and beat until the ingredients becomes a dough. We can add chocolate drops, nuts or dried fruits.
Method A
Shape wicks about 6 cm in diameter. Cool the dough in the refrigerator for about half an hour. Cut to the desired weight and thickness. Place on non-stick paper and bake for about 10-12 minutes at 200C, depending on the type of oven.
Method B
Shape balls to the desired weight and place on a plate with non-stick paper. Bake for about 10-12 minutes at 200C, depending on the type of oven.
Tips:
If further baking is needed, it is best to raise the temperature.
