Beat the cake mixture and the butter in the mixer with the feather for two minutes on the slow speed. Stop stirring and scrape the walls. Add the water and the chocolate drops and beat for another minute, until the dough becomes a dough. Shape wicks about 6 cm in diameter. Cut to the desired weight and thickness and bake for about 12 minutes 180oC, depending on the type of oven.
Tips: We can add sugar, nuts, orange (zest or juice) or whatever we want with the necessary adjustment. If further baking is needed, it is best to raise the temperature.
