1500 gΝερό (Ζεστό 70οC)
1500-2000 gΖάχαρη άχνη

APPLICATION

Put water in the mixer and add all the ingredients. Whisk for 1 minute on low speed to dissolve the ingredients and 6-8 minutes on high speed depending on the type of mixer. The meringue is ready to use.
Tip: The finished product is stored in the refrigerator and can be beaten again.
