INGRIDIENTS
15000 gFresh whole milk
1600 gSugar
842 gMaize starch
75 gModified hot maize starch
75 gModified cold corn starch
7 gVanillin
1 gYellow root

APPLICATION

Dissolve all solids and sugar in half the amount of milk. Heat the remaining milk until it starts to boil. Remove from the heat and add the dissolved mixture and stir. Put it back on the fire and let it boil. Distribute in cups after we have washed them with cold water. It is consumed hot or cold.
