INGRIDIENTS for the ″glue″
1000 gWater
50 gIntermix Stick

APPLICATION

Knead all the dough ingredients together, in the mixer with a feather for 7-9 minutes (preferably at 2nd speed) until you get a smooth dough. Make the “glue” by stirring the Intermix Stick in water. Shape the dough into the shapes you want, dip them in the “glue” solution and then in the Decor corn. Bake at 190C with steam for 25-30 minutes depending on the size and the oven.
