INGRIDIENTS
1000 gIntermix cake extra
400 gWater
400 gSunflower oil
250 gWalnut (broken)
10 gCocoa
3 gCinnamon
2 gClove (grated)

APPLICATION

Beat in the mixer with the feather all the ingredients together for four minutes at slow speed. Butter a 42×28 baking tray and spread the mixture. Spread evenly and bake at 160C for 32-35 minutes in a hot oven. Shape and syrup with 30 degree syrup (hot product – lukewarm syrup). Let the whole syrup soak for a few hours.
