Strawberry jelly with Panacotta
INGREDIENTS for the strawberry jelly
210 g
Strawberry jelly
500 g
Boiling water
500 g
Cold water
INGRIDIENTS for the Pannacotta
240 g
Intermix Panna Cotta
750 g
Cream
450 g
Whole milk
APPLICATION
Dissolve the strawberry jelly mixture in boiling water and add the amount of cold water. Divide into cups halfway and leave to thicken in the fridge.
Boil the milk and cream and add the Panna mixture Stir until well blended.
Distribute the pannacotta over the jellies and leave the glasses in the fridge again until they thicken.
Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve.
