250 gCoconut (optional)
3 gMastic (optional)

APPLICATION

Beat in the mixer with the feather all the ingredients together for four (4) minutes at slow (first) speed. Butter a 42×28 pan and spread the mixture. Spread evenly and bake at 160oC for
32-35 minutes in a hot oven. Cut and syrup slowly with 30 degree syrup (hot product – lukewarm syrup). We leave for a few hours to suck all the syrup.
Tip: For more flavor and aroma you can replace half the amount of water with orange juice, add mastic, coconut or yogurt.
